McNeil construction hires contractors to help complete their Projects.
It is important to us to coordinate the health & safety of workers and people on the work site. Contractors should work together to improve performance on the work site.

All contractors, suppliers and other workers on a project are responsible to ensure all work is carried out in compliance with but not limited to the OHS act and McNeil Constructions health and safety policies.
To manage contractors on our work site:
1. perform due diligence check, verify the contractor is qualified, licensed and authorized to carry out the work. Assess the contractors ability to perform the required work safely and efficiently.
2. Conduct an orientation- site entry access & amenities. Relevant policies. Relevant safety procedures for the work they are required to undertake. Emergency response plan procedure.
